Chapman St. San Jose

We remodeled the clients older kitchen, bathroom, and family room. The kitchen was finished with white perimeter cabinets and a navy blue island. All were capped with Carrara marble. The cased opening into the formal dining room was moved to accommodate the new over location. The old bathroom and laundry rooms were combined to create a larger walk way from the kitchen to the family room. By using a stackable washer and dryer we were able to give them a larger shower. The family room received updated lighting, a new gas fireplace, custom built in bookshelves with LED accent lights, and SONOS surround sound.
