This Spanish Modern home replaced the original Spanish style house from the 1920’s. The clients wanted to preserve the original feel and look of the home. This included using the original roof tiles on the new house. A new floorplan lent itself to an open living space, 3 bedrooms, and a basement with media area and wine room. The existing garage was converted into a garage and ADU. This is truly a spectacular blend of classic style with a modern feel.
