Changras and Frey did an extensive remodel for us, moving the kitchen from one side of the house to the other, opening up the floorplan, installing a fireplace, doors, windows and extensive plumbing work. The project took about 6 months. C&F were great to work with. The project was on time, they were dependable in terms of meeting their time/work/business commitments. The quality of work was excellent and their subcontractors were first-rate. We continue to stay in touch with C&F as they do other projects in our area, and have provided references to several other potential clients. They also were the only ones to actually have all of their various subs come out and give their own actual estimates for each component before they gave us their final bid. My husband and I highly recommend Changras and Frey for any construction projects you may have. They do and excellent job and are honest and reliable. Walt Frey listens closely as you plan your project and makes sure you are happy with the results. They clean up at the end of the day, which I loved as we were living in our home during out remodel. They billed as expected and there were no surprises at the end of the project. Our project has been completed for awhile, and I can still call Walt if there are any problems that arise in my house. Because we used Changras and Frey, we actually enjoyed the whole remodel process.
